Our Founder
Kristina Hloptsidis, Founder and President of MVRK Advisors, is a seasoned regulatory and operations executive with over a decade of leadership across the space and advanced-technology sectors. She has directed end-to-end licensing and export strategies for multi-satellite constellations, guided startups through U.S. Government contract readiness, and helped venture-backed companies build compliance-ready operations from the ground up.
Kristina’s approach blends technical fluency, policy insight, and operational precision, helping companies move fast while staying audit-ready and investor-confident.
